EPS represents the full line of Cress Manufacturing furnaces, including Cress Manufacturing’s top loading heat treating furnaces. These furnaces have a maximum temperature of 2250 degrees Fahrenheit and are typically used in applications including glass annealing and oven bake-out, although they can also be used for most applications requiring constantly controlled, uniformly high temperatures.
The top loading heat treating furnaces range in size from four to 22 cubic feet, and their top-loading features give full access to your entire workspace for easy loading and unloading. Two separate controls, including a programmable Watlow controller, ensure both time and temperature are constant and protected, with a safety switch that interrupts power to the elements when the door is opened.
